 Return Policy:

Return Window:

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee:

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

  • Returned items must be accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
  • If items appear used or are not in their original condition, a refund will not be granted.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@closefriendsdrinkinggame.com within the 14-day return window. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Return Process:

  1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us. 
  2. Pack Close Friends Drinking Game securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the item back to us within the specified time frame.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to us and any associated packaging materials. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of Close Friends Drinking Game.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the 10% restocking fee, to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exclusions:

  • After the 14-day return window has passed, Close Friends Drinking Game is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be granted for items that appear used or damaged.
